Redesigns galore!

Hello all! It's been a long time since I've updated - but I assure you, it's not because life has been uneventful. I've been busy with work, travel and other endeavours. If you're interested in learning more about what I'm doing on my own time, add me on Facebook. That's where most of my "what am I doing now?" updates are going.
From now on, this blog will be mostly related to user experience, usability, user interface design, and the like. Most of my personal stuff is on Facebook, and most of my company stuff is on zenpoint.ca. Follow me there.
I redesigned both this site and zenpoint.ca - both designs, especially the stevekwan.com design, were looking a little dated. Here's a screenshot of the new zenpoint.ca:
What do you think? I'd love to hear your feedback on both stevekwan.com and zenpoint.ca. What do you think of the new designs? How can I make them better?
Hopefully I'll be updated this site more frequently from now on. I've also re-enabled comments after a long hiatus - I improved my spam filters to keep the undesirables off.

I fully realize that support and administrative work is difficult and requires a great deal of skill. It is anything but an "unskilled" job. In fact, in many ways it can be more difficult than "skilled" labor; after all, if support work is so easy, why are support workers always so miserable? If these support workers think they're worth more money, I don't think I'd disagree.
