I asked a girl out on a date this weekend.

She said she can't go.

Her reason?

She has to attend a dungeon quest in WoW.

I've developed a wonderful ability

I have developed the ability to not care when people say really stupid, insulting things. It's quite handy, actually. When someone gets confrontational for a silly reason, I can keep cool and make rational decisions. Like water off a duck's back.

One sentence summary: I suppose it's a decent enough game, but there are some glitches in the mechanics and team control that prevented me from enjoying it.

Call of Juarez

One sentence summary: A first-person shooter with some strong points, but it's ultimately pulled down by horrible and lengthy stealth missions throughout the game.

El Matador

(3 / 5 stars)

One sentence summary: A blatant rip-off of Max Payne with awful dialogue, but ultimately enjoyable because of well-executed gunplay.

Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter

(1 / 5 stars)

One sentence summary: A great premise that is dragged down by awful team controls, rendering the game nearly unplayable.

I'm back from Hawai'i, and I'm alright

I just arrived home from Honolulu a few hours ago. Yes, I was there when the earthquake happened, but I'm fine and so is my family. I returned home, and they're staying for another week to wrap up their vacation. I'll post more about this later.

I'm off to Hawaii!
