Physics 10: Descriptive Introduction to Physics at UC Berkeley
Richard A. Muller, Professor of Physics at UC Berkeley, has put his physics lectures online as a podcast. If you have even a passing interest in physics, I highly recommend subscribing, as Richard is a fantastic speaker.
And just to alleviate your concerns, this isn't a podcast about formulae. This is a podcast about real-life, useful physics that anyone can understand.
