I'm starting to wonder...

If it's worth trying to teach an old dog new tricks.
I'm having a heck of a time trying to convince the boss to change his
ways. I think we've got a lot more potential now, and it's not being efficiently
used. The problem with my boss is that he doesn't want to listen. I've
got advice, and he doesn't want to hear what I'm saying.
It's incredibly frustrating to be in a position where your input is not
valued.
