Rats!

I think I have a rat problem in my house.
One of my old roommates mentioned he thought he'd heard them at one
point, but I just ignored him. Perhaps a bad idea, because I saw something
that looked like droppings in the house.
I'm going to call up my landlord and get this resolved STAT.
