The CHIN review is over

Our software reviews are done.

Our first demo was a hard, but the second was far less painful. The second was more important anyway. I think we did fine.

So I have today off. I woke up early this morning, went out and got lost in the streets of Winnipeg. It's a strange city. One block looks like downtown PoCo, and the next looks like Vancouver. Huge buildings with lots of little tiny buildings in between them. The streets are really wide. My aunt informs me that this is due to the days when caravans would travel the roads, and due to them traveling abreast the passages required would be wider.

Winnipeg is very dusty. It seems like an okay city, but I don't think I'd want to live here. Still, I'm glad I got to see it and I look forward to the rest of this trip.
